Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoon Dried Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F, and grease an 8 by 4 inch loaf pan
  • Next, mix the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl until evenly combined.
  • Add the sour cream, melted butter, and almond milk to the mix and whisk together until you have a smooth batter.
  • Add the chives and garlic to the batter, then mix again until evenly incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then use a spatula to spread the batter out evenly.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping the bread out on a plate or serving platter. Let it cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
