Mölk No Bake Cookies

It’s been hitting the triple digits the last couple of weeks here on the beautiful western slope of Colorado. Needless to say, I have been very hesitant to turn my oven on during these dry, sweltering days. Salads, steaks, or anything I can cook on the stovetop is what my dinners have been made up of, and my baking has been next to none.

However, I still crave something sweet, and finding sweets in the store that meet my nutrition needs is nigh on impossible.

I remembered one of my favorite cookies during my childhood was a chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookie, and I decided to try my hand at creating one that would also double as a mölk no-bake cookie.

It took a little experimentation, but I got the exact result I was after. Now, I have made these cookies multiple times, and they have become a daily treat of mine the last few weeks.

Easy to make as well as delicious, I think you all will find this recipe is one you will want to bookmark!!

Ingredient List

1/2 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (no sugar added)

1/2 Cup Chocolate Mölk

1/4 Cup Dutch Processed Cocoa

1/3 Cup Powdered Sweetener (I used powdered erythritol)

1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

3/4 Cup Chopped Unsalted Raw Pecans

1 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

For the absolute best results you have got to use Dutch-processed cocoa as well as Jocko Fuel’s chocolate protein powder aka (Chocolate Mölk.)

Dutch Processed cocoa has a much richer flavor than the standard brown can in the grocery store, and I know if you try making these with a subpar cocoa you will be disappointed with the results. I know it may cost a little more, but isn’t life too short for bad chocolate?

Chocolate Mölk also helps achieve a great chocolate flavor and helps you get that extra hitter of protein. If you want to become a superhero and be able to move a car that’s about to hit an unsuspecting child, or simply be able to deadlift 8000 pounds this is the protein powder you are after.

It has no sugar, is made up of clean ingredients, and tastes fabulous! In my opinion Mölk should be the only protein powder used!

I will warn you, if you choose to use a subpar protein powder, I can’t guarantee the delicious flavor or texture of these cookies.

However, if you make them with quality cocoa, and Mölk I can guarantee this recipe will be a new favorite. 😉

How to Make Mölk No Bake Cookies

Begin by laying a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet.

In a small saucepan over medium heat add your butter and peanut butter. Stir often with a spoon or spatula until both butters have melted and you have a smooth and creamy mixture.

Remove the pan from heat and add the cocoa, protein powder, and sweetener. Mix until well combined.

Add the vanilla, chopped pecans, and coconut. Stir again until evenly incorporated.

Using a large spoon or a cookie scoop, drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the wax paper.

Place the tray of cookies in the refrigerator and let them chill for about an hour or until set. Once they have set you can serve your cookies or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

(I’ve found if I do want these cookies to last two weeks I generally have to make a triple batch);-)

Enjoy!!
